The team that trains together sticks together and what better way to help build up your corporate team after quarantine life than to workout together. Introducing Corporate Fitness Bootcamp, an online private workout session designed and hosted just for your company’s team. You pick the day and the time, tell us if you want to do boxing or do a traditional bootcamp, army style, and then we’ll see you on Zoom for some serious training. No prior experience is necessary, we can start at Level One and build up from there, and no equipment is required either. If participants want to use two light dumbbells of two household items, like water bottles for light weights, that is up to them but no required.
